A Special Milestone: The 42nd Edition of Dawnay News Is Here

We’re delighted to share that Dawnay Estates have now packaged over 1,000 copies of the 42nd Edition of Dawnay News, Winter 2025, and they’ll be heading out in the post today. This edition is an especially memorable one, celebrating 50 years of St Helens in the Park and our recognition as the AA’s England and Overall Campsite of the Year 2025/26—a huge honour for everyone involved.
Dawnay News has been a much-loved publication since Winter 2003, with at least two editions produced every year. Over the decades it has become a wonderful archive of estate life, seasonal updates, and the people who help make St Helens in the Park what it is today. You can explore this Winter’s edition, along with the full back catalogue, on the Dawnay Estates website.
This issue is also sentimental for another reason. It marks the final edition edited by Katrina, who has lovingly crafted each newsletter for many years. As she prepares to retire this Christmas, she’ll be packing away her trusty Sellotape and scissors for the very last time. Her creativity, care, and dedication have shaped the newsletter into something truly special, and she leaves behind a legacy we’re incredibly grateful for.
