Caravan storage near Scarborough

Take the hassle out of towing your caravan! Just leave it in our store and stay facility in a secure gated compound.

We are a GOLD accredited CASSOA site, meaning you can rest easily knowing your van is safe and secure and enjoy the benefits of a lower insurance premium.

If you stay with us for at least 7 nights in the year, you can leave your caravan in our secure gated compound. If you stay for 20 nights or more, you will receive a free weekend* on us!

Our Store & Stay facility is also a fantastic first step on the ladder to a Seasonal pitch. Store customers are given first refusal on seasonal pitches, before we release them to the public.

Tow-on Tow-off service

We will put your caravan on your pitch ready for your arrival. And put it away safely again when you leave. It couldn’t be simpler!

Spick and span for the season

We can arrange servicing and cleaning whilst your caravan is stored with us. Our dedicated service pitch allows engineers good access for servicing.

Winter Storage

Need somewhere to store your van for the winter months? No Problem! At St Helens, we can offer you winter storage from October – March. Prices start from £50 per month.

FAQ’s 

How much does it cost? 

We offer 3 levels of storage to cater for everyone’s requirements. Our packages start from £570 (2025) for 12 months.

1. Bronze – Just 12 months Storage.
2. Silver – 12 months storage and a full exterior valet.
3. Gold – 12 months storage, full exterior valet & full service by an accredited engineer.

Can I access my van whilst it is in storage? 

For security and liability reasons, we do not allow anybody apart from site staff and accredited contractors into our storage compound. However, we are more than happy to bring your van out onto one of our dedicated service pitches for you to gain access.

Do I have to pay a tow fee when I come to stay? 

Not at all! All our store customers enjoy FREE UNLIMITED tows, provided you have placed a booking to stay on site. We do however charge a tow fee if you are coming to collect/view your van.

Can I take my van of site? 

Absolutely! You’re not tied to us – its your van and you should enjoy as much freedom as you can! We just ask that you give us 24hours notice to remove your van from storage.

How do I place a booking as a store customer? 

Bookings can be made online via your own dedicated storage account. It couldn’t be easier!

Can I get my van serviced / washed whilst in storage?

Yes! We can provide these services with our local contractors as part of your storage package, or you are free to choose any contractor you prefer. All we ask is you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice to remove your van from storage to facilitate these services.
