Mp Plants Tree At St Helens In The Park!

Alison Hume MP for scarborough and whitby planting a tree at st helens in the park caravan and campsite
We were delighted to welcome Alison Hume on a whistle-stop tour of the Dawnay Estates and her first stop was right here at St Helen’s in the Park Caravan and Camping where she had a look round and planted a tree kindly donated by Wykeham Mature Plants 🌳
Alison told us it was her very first time planting a tree as an MP!
She also spent time chatting with the wonderful Little Footsteps Day Nursery and saw their fantastic birthday banner created to celebrate sir David Attenboroughs 100th birthday, before heading off to visit North Yorkshire Water Park and Hackness and Wykeham Church of England Schools Federation
Our thanks to for Councillor David Jeffels for also joining us. It was lovely to meet Alison and show her around our award-winning campsite!
