The finer details
Please note, we do not allow arrivals or departures on 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December or 1st January.
Christmas week is a minimum of 4-night bookings, starting Monday 23rd December.
New Year Week is a minimum of 3-night bookings, starting Monday 30th December.
Please note that St Helens in the Park is CLOSED for all purposes between from 6th of January 2025 and re-opens on the 3rd of February 2025.
The % figures above are in relation to the full 7 day rate for Pitch, and 2 people. All extras are charged at our normal daily rate.
Minimum two night bookings are standard on all accommodation.
All bank holiday periods are charged at high season rate and attract a minimum booking requirement of 3 nights.
* Glamping pods can only be booked for 2, 4 or 6 nights with arrival on Mon or Fri.
Prices include VAT at the current rate. If the VAT rate changes we reserve the right to change our prices accordingly.
Arrival / Departure Times
Caravans and tents: Our earliest arrival time is 1.30pm and all departures must be before 11am.
Pods, glamping and lodge: Our earliest arrival time is 3pm and departures must be before 10am.
