Earlier this month, we celebrated 50 years of St Helens in the Park, and what a celebration it was! With almost 600 guests joining us across the weekend, it was a milestone we’ll never forget.

Our spectacular 1970s-themed celebrations saw guests arrive in everything from flares and flower power to disco shirts and platform boots, bringing plenty of colour, laughter and nostalgia to the park. The centrepiece of the celebrations was our beautiful stretch tent, which transformed into the perfect party venue, complete with live music, dancing, great food and an incredible atmosphere.

The weekend gave us the chance to reflect on how far St Helens in the Park has come. What began as a former sand quarry has grown into one of the UK’s leading holiday parks, and none of it would have been possible without the support of our wonderful customers, dedicated team, local community and fantastic business partners.

As well as celebrating our history, we were proud to use the occasion to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity close to many people’s hearts. Thank you to everyone who donated, bought raffle tickets and supported our fundraising throughout the weekend.

From the smiling faces and incredible fancy dress to the packed dance floor and heartfelt conversations, every moment reminded us why St Helens in the Park is such a special place.

To everyone who celebrated with us, whether you’ve been visiting for decades or had your very first stay this year, thank you for being part of our story. Here’s to the next 50 years of making memories together.
